At Lambert Souvenirs we try to service all the orders we receive as quickly and effeciently as possible. However we are not perfect and we sometimes make mistakes. When we do make mistakes we try to be as swift as possible to rectify the situation.
Unless customers request otherwise we use the Royal Mail to deliver your orders. Once overseas we rely on your local mail service. In the vast majority of cases across all continents this works well.However once in a while your orders go astray. Where the address is wrong, which may be our fault or yours, the package/parcel is usually returned to us eventually from all over the world.
Usually all orders reach their destination within 7-10 days worldwide of our receiving them unless we are temporarily out of stock. If your order has not arrived within that period do email us to complain.
Most of our customers are pleased with the service we give and the souvenirs we supply. Below you may read a selection of their comments

I found Lambert Souvenirs through the google when I was searching for a London crest acrylic keyring.
One of my friends had been in London last November, he bought a London crest acrylic keyring which is the same product on your website.
He broke the keyring last week, he was sad about that, he liked the keyring much, I thought that I could make him a surprise,
I searched the internet and found your website, quite a funny story.

I have just flown back to New Zealand from London today.
I'm just sending a couple of emails arising from the visit.
And thought that I might send one onto you - your contact details were on the bag I received. I purchased a large amount of mementos from your stall at Trafalgar Square on Friday 18 March just before I flew out of London.
I am in the process of parceling them out to various New Zealanders as gifts.
Could you please pass on my best wishes and gratitude to the man and woman staffing the stall. I did not catch their names but hoped that you would pass on my warm sentiments for their helpful and thoughtful suggestions. Furthermore their warm and friendly conversation was very endearing to a kiwi who was a long way from home

I just wanted to let you know that I received the order placed last November. My son was THRILLED with the Mind the Gap t-shirt and key ring. He was in London last summer and was probably in Lambert's Souvenirs. He purchased a London Underground map t-shirt at that time because he couldn't find a Mind the Gap in his size. We are additionally thrilled that you sent extra bookmarks as well as the keyfob and pen. I can't thank you enough for the trouble you've gone to to complete this order.

Just a quick email before I get on a plane to the UK......We sold out of all your products over the weekend.? The policemens helmets went in the first hour...One Italian policeman was seen to be wearing one all weekend !!!? We could have sold another 20 !!!
The children loved the pocket money items, pencils, rubbers etc? It was all a huge hit.
Many, many thanks for your support, I will send you some photos on my return.? It looks like we made a substantial amount for charity, will let you know which ones and how much at a later date.
